Consultation-Gold Tooth Gem

This is a 10 to 15 minute consultation that could be done in person or over the phone via video streaming to determine if you have the appropriate tooth anatomy for a gold tooth gem. A few things to consider during the consultation will be 18k yellow or white gold, which gem, which tooth, the size of the desired tooth for the gem and the placement on the tooth. These gems CANNOT and will not be altered so we must make sure they will fit perfectly! A gold tooth gem application service cannot be scheduled without a consultation first to ensure a quality fit to avoid having you spend money and not have it fit appropriately. These gold gems are non-reusable and therefore non-refundable once they have touched a tooth as they CANNOT be sold to a different client. 1 Gold Tooth Gem Application

Luxury 18k Yellow or White Gold Tooth Gem selected by you from an expansive collection! You select the gem during your consultation (via phone or in person) before you ever schedule the service! Once you have chosen your desired gold gem I take a deposit to cover the purchase and shipping as well as schedule an application date at least two weeks out to allow for shipping or delays! The deposit will come off the total cost on the day we apply the gem.

1 Shape Tooth Gem Application

$25.00 deposit required

Choice of 1 crystal shape tooth gem. Currently in stock: Heart, star, pointed oval, diamond.

Gem Curation

$40.00 deposit required

Choice of a preset design such as the butterfly or a prior discussed design between you and the Tooth Gem Artist to get a completely custom design for you!

Crystal Gem Replacement

Lost a gem? No problem! Schedule this service to replace your CRYSTAL tooth gem! Prior to your appointment please have the leftover composite (leftover residue that adhered the gem to your tooth) removed as I DO NOT DO COMPOSITE REMOVAL! This will cause a reschedule and a reschedule fee. I will replace the same gem or one of equal or lesser value at no cost to you!
